Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund — any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following:
•      Unused and in its original condition
•      Free from damage
•      Includes original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any)
Unboxing Video Requirement
An unboxing video recorded from the very beginning of opening the package is mandatory for claims related to damaged products, missing items, or incorrect quantity received. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
How to Raise a Return Request
1.   Email us with your order number and reason for the return or refund.
2.   Ship the product back to us through India Post.
3.   Email us the India Post tracking ID after dispatch.
If you do not receive a response after 2–3 genuine attempts via email, you may reach out to us on WhatsApp for further assistance.
Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. For exchanges, customers must also bear the shipping charges for the replacement to be sent back.
Refund Approval
Refunds and exchanges will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
Refund Timeframe
All approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

Product Color & Appearance Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly differ due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or device display variations. Color accuracy is approximately 80–90%. Returns, refunds, or exchanges based solely on minor color or appearance differences will not be accepted.
